Sheer, Gauze & Open Weave Fabrics

Fabrics with space built into them. Every piece in this collection has a loose, open structure with generous gaps between the threads, giving a semi-transparent cloth that lets light and air pass through: cheesecloth, etamine, hollow-out and open check weaves in natural cotton and linen blends, alongside a few airy knitted cotton meshes.

Woven, even when it looks knitted. Many of our open weaves have a texture so fluid that they read like a knit at first glance. Look closer and you'll see they are woven on the loom, giving them the drape of a knit with the stability and shape of a woven cloth. For a true knit, look for our knitted cotton mesh fabrics.

Made for resort wear. Light, airy and effortlessly layered, these are the fabrics of warm days and long summers, and a natural fit for resort collections.

Ideal for capsule collections. A few well-chosen open-weave pieces can carry a whole summer edit. Their distinctive texture adds depth to a small, focused collection without the need for prints or embellishment.
